Position Summary:

Responsible for leading and managing the company’s sales operations across Pakistan. Developing strategic sales plans, overseeing the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. crucial role in expanding the company’s market presence and fostering strong relationships with clients in the industrial lab.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve national sales targets and expand market share.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Provide guidance, support, and performance evaluations to ensure team effectiveness.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring
    high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
    Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Marketing, Product Development, and
    Customer Service, to align sales strategies and ensure cohesive operations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: MBA in, Marketing.
  • Experience: Minimum of 12 years of sales management experience, in the scientific or healthcare industry.
